The Martial Arts programme at RISE is going from strength to strength. A total of 23 students recently undertook the practical exams displaying the skills they have learnt from the Head Coach Mr Belal Hossain and Mr Habib Al Amin.
Our institution is continuously looking for new methods in which to teach our students the Core skills they need to develop to excel in our current society. One of the most important words taught in the martial arts programme is respect. Students are taught to respect their instructors, each other, their parents and themselves, in addition to various other benefits such as discipline, self-control, improving coordination, balance, speed, strengths, flexibility as well as overall health, wellness, and a positive way of life.
The progression of the students was exhibited infront of our Chief guests Mr Faisal Ahmed Chowdury (Chairman/Royal Educare) and Mr Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury (Vice Chairman/Royal Educare). The students each were promoted from according to their ability from white belt to yellow belt. Yellow belt to orange belt, orange belt to green belts. Each student was also given a certificate to congratulate their promotions in achievement.
